Hyeon­jun Jo (*9. May 1994) is a South Korean pi­an­ist at­tend­ing mas­ter classes of Cor­delia Höfer-Teutsch at the Salzburg Moz­ar­teum Uni­versity. His rep­er­toire com­prises pieces from the baroque, clas­sic­al and early ro­mantique era and is fur­ther­more in­clud­ing works from the 20th Cen­tury.
2011 he was awar­ded at the 95th Salzburg In­ter­na­tion­al Sum­mer Academy of Fine Arts, be­ing the young­est laur­eate ever at the age of 17. In 2013 he presents “La Merle de Roche“and “La Fauvette des Jardins”, both from the pi­ano cycle “Cata­logue d’oiseux” by Olivi­er Mes­si­aen at the Salzburg Moz­ar­teum Uni­versity.
